Meaghan Minogue

Meaghan has been practicing yoga for 21 years and teaching for 15. Her teaching is rooted in the Hatha system of yoga: a synthesis of alignment-based vinyasa (linking breath and movement), pranayama to steady the mind, and philosophical teachings to help guide students to a place within themselves where they sense their own unique power, confidence, and truth. She instructs with strong physical alignment to keep the body safe and free and yogic teachings as a way to find presence and self-acceptance. Meaghan is deeply influenced by her meditation and yoga nidra practice (a deep guided relaxation to release stored tension in the body and mind.) Her initial 200-hour training was completed with Don and Amba Stapleton at the Nosara Yoga Institute in Costa Rica. Over the years, Meaghan has studied with Elena Brower, Christina Sell, Coral Brown and Rod Stryker.  She has also been working towards her Ayurvedic Yoga Health Coach Certification with Cate Stillman. Meaghan leads 200 hour yoga teacher training, yearly retreats and coaches mama’s who are struggling to get their energy back.

To live a life of purpose is to live a life of alignment, a life closer to our deepest Knowing. The journey of yoga aims  to do just that. Join us in an unforgettable, life changing journey within a supportive community to illuminate the beauty of who you are and what you want to bring to the world.
